GNU RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROJECT TYPE:
GNU provided total Construction Management services and General Construction services on this project to ensure its success. GNU constructed with its own forces, also M/WBE goals were exceeded. 

All construction management responsibilities were handled by the GNU office and staff. This included scheduling, value engineering, constructability review, overall Jobsite supervision, construction of all concrete foundations by using GNU’s own forces, safety, cleanup, and transition.
