GNU RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROJECT TYPE:
GNU was responsible for providing comprehensive construction management and general construction services for a complete renovation project. The project encompassed various critical upgrades and improvements across the entire campus like reroofing, HVAC & electrical upgrades, exterior painting. One of the major tasks undertaken by GNU was the reroofing of the buildings. This involved meticulous planning and execution to ensure minimal disruption to the daily operations of the facility. GNU’s expertise in managing complex construction projects ensured that these upgrades were seamlessly integrated into the existing infrastructure. A notable challenge of this project was that it was conducted in an occupied facility.
