GNU RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROJECT TYPE:
GNU provided total Construction Management services and General Construction Services on this project to ensure its success, including provision of all labor, maintenance of traffic, schemes, Material, Equipment and incidentals necessary for the furnishing and installation of decorative lighting system on the canopy of the SR-836 Toll Plaza.
All construction management responsibilities were handled by GNU office and staff. This included scheduling, value engineering, and construction overall jobsite supervision.
