GNU RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROJECT TYPE:
GNU was responsible for providing comprehensive pre-construction and general construction services for a complete renovation project. The project encompassed various upgrades and improvements across the entire campus like building envelope improvements & interior finishes upgrades, fire alarm, electrical, HVAC and plumbing upgrades parking lot and play courts resurfacing. GNU’s expertise in managing complex construction projects ensured that these upgrades were seamlessly integrated into the existing infrastructure. A notable challenge of this project was that it was conducted in an occupied facility.
