GNU RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROJECT TYPE:
GNU is provided total Construction Management and General Construction Services on this project.  Project consisted of new CBS building addition and a remodel to existing Senior Center.  The new building consists of independent MEP System, kitchen, epoxy flooring, administrative offices, LED lighting, energy management system, expansion parking areas, and landscaping.  GNU constructed the building shell with its own forces.  Existing landscaping is being protected during construction. Construction was completed with the park open to the public and after school care programs serving special needs children. and adults.
