GNU RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROJECT TYPE:
GNU provided Construction Management services as agent to GSA, the owner, on this Design/ Build project As the CMa for GSA, GNU was responsible for verification of the scope of work per the approved project plans and specifications. GNU reported to GSA on a weekly basis in writing and attended progress meetings of Hernandez Consulting, Inc., the general contractor. GNU performed field inspections on a weekly basis and witnessed water penetration tests and carried out thermal imaging and air sampling of areas remediated by the general contractor.
