GNU RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROJECT TYPE:
Demolition and Construction Management of HVAC replacement and Interior Renovations at East half of 2nd Floor of David Dyer Courthouse, Miami, Florida. GNU provided total Construction Management services, and General Construction, including supervision. This project included replacement of Air Handling Unit, associated duct work and electrical and control system for the facility.
All construction management responsibilities were handled by GNU office and site staff. This included scheduling, value engineering, safety, and overall jobsite supervision.
