GNU RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROJECT TYPE:
GNU provided total Construction Management services and General Construction Services on this project to ensure its success, for a new automotive lab with MEP and Structural work. Automotive lab included new flooring, new classroom, new automotive equipment installation. All construction management responsibilities were handled by GNU office and staff. This included scheduling, value engineering, and construction overall jobsite supervision.
