GNU RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROJECT TYPE:
GNU provided comprehensive construction management and general contracting services for a full-scale renovation project. The scope of work included the installation of a new aluminum walkway canopy, construction of concrete sidewalks and ADA-compliant ramps, installation of safety railings, landscaping and implementation of lightning protection and electrical systems. A significant challenge of this project was executing all construction activities within an occupied facility, requiring careful coordination, safety planning, and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
