GNU provided Pre-Construction and Construction Management services for this CMAR project, which focused on renovating the school’s existing media center. The scope of work included various interior upgrades, such as installing new acoustic ceilings, light fixtures, and electrical enhancements. Additionally, the project involved new flooring, wall finishes, painting, fire sprinkler systems, millwork, and cabinetry for built-in desks, a genius bar, and a café. Storefronts, doors, hardware, and windows were also updated. The project was successfully completed on schedule while classes remained in session. |
