With over 35 years of experience working with governmental facilities, she is responsible for firm’s day-to-day operational procedures as well as the long term range business goals of the corporation.  She is the principal in charge of firm’s project management and contract administration handling multi-million dollar projects.  This includes being the owner liaison as well as having direct coordination with the project’s owner, architect, engineers and subcontractors until completion and close-out of the project.
Her experience allows her to direct, coordinate, and inspect the work for the project owner, architect and engineers.  This knowledge produces an effective and efficient working relationship with the Contract Owner and Architect.

With his structural engineering background and over 37 years of experience in design, interpreting project plans and technical specifications and construction gives him additive advantage in the constructability analysis and value engineering development of a project.  His experience in contract negotiations of commercial projects leads him to obtain the best results for the Contract Owner.  His technical background allows him to inspect and coordinate the work for the project architect and engineers producing a resourceful working relationship with the Owner and project management team.
