GNU RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROJECT TYPE:
GNU provided Pre-Construction and Construction Management services on this project This was a fast track project that needed to be complete prior to an important major campus event.   The construction phase was completed in 63 days!  All construction management responsibilities were handled by GNU office and staff. This included project advertising, preparation of GMP, scheduling, value engineering, shop drawing review, site supervision and troubleshooting of unforeseen conditions while the college campus was operational.
