Broward College-North Campus

GNU RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROJECT TYPE:
GNU provided Pre-Construction and Construction Management on this project. The project was small but given the same level of attention as any other project, to ensure its success. GNU was responsible for developing the scope of work, performing walkthroughs of the condition of existing signs, and preparing an assessment reports. The project also included developing bid documents, advertising, preparation of GMP, scheduling, value engineering, and site supervision of signage installation while the College campus was in use by students.
